INTRODUCTION
Matergravy Points System is a way for all members to look at their participation in the site. We encourage members to interact and promote the site as much as possible. We are building a community here, and we want all your friends and family to join in on the fun. If you are not a member here, then please REGISTER.
RULES
1. All members are automatically enrolled in the points system. Points can be used at anytime.
2. You can earn as many points as you wish. There is NO LIMIT on the amount of points you can earn.
3. Do not SPAM the forum or our twitter account just to accrue points faster. Example: several short replies and/or tweets in rapid succession would be considered SPAM. If you do this, your points will be deducted and your points account locked for a period of time.
4. Creation of multiple member accounts to accrue and donate points quicker will result in automatic termination of your membership and your IP banned from the site.
5. (STORE OPENING FEBRUARY 1st) When using points in the Member Store, please limit your purchases to no more than two on any given day. This makes managing the Store much easier and ensures everyone gets a chance at the items in the store.
HOW TO EARN POINTS
There are many ways to earn points on Matergravy. This list will be updated frequently so be sure and check it often.
REGISTRATION - 10 Points When you sign up for Matergravy.com, we deposit 10 points into your account.
DAILY LOGIN - 10 Points Ten points is earned during at least one login to Matergravy every 24 hours.
POST NEW TOPIC - 4 Points Whenever you post a new topic in our forum, you receive 4 points.
POST NEW REPLY - 2 Points Replying to any topic in our forum results in 2 points.
POST A BLOG* - 10 Points Post a Blog on our Community Blog System and receive 10 points.*
POST A COMMENT - 2 Points Post a comment on any blog and receive 2 points.
TWEET US - 2 Points Send us a tweet using TWEET US on the site and receive 2 points.
NEW GAME CHAMPION - 5 Points Become a New Champion on any game in our arcade and receive 5 points.
NEW GAME HIGHSCORE - 2 Points Receive 2 points getting a top 10 high score on any game.
BANNER CLICK - 8 Points Some Ad Banners will give you points.
INVITE FRIENDS - 20 Points Invite a friend to register on Matergravy, assign points to user when his friend registered with success.
* NOTE: You may request to become an author if you have been an active member for 60 days, have a minimum of 50 posts in our forum, and a minimum of 5,000 points in your points account.
HOW TO DONATE POINTS
If you would like to donate points to another member click the DONATE POINTS link in the Point System Menu. You can donate up to 25% of your total points to another member. Simply type in your points and type in the username of the member you wish to donate them to.
HOW TO LOSE POINTS
Points can expire over a period of time. Certain actions will also remove points. Below you will find a list of ways your points can be deducted from your account.
DELETE A BLOG - 10 Points Deleting one of your blog entries will automatically remove 10 points from your account.
INACTIVITY - 10 Points If you do not login every at least once every 14 days, you lose 10 points every two weeks.
WHAT TO DO WITH POINTS
You can wager your points in our Casino for a chance to win more points.
Or you can buy items from our store. Store will open in February 2010.
