The Rush Limbaugh Show is the most listened to radio talk show in America, broadcast on over 600 radio stations nationwide. It is hosted by America's Anchorman, Rush Limbaugh, also known as:  America's Truth Detector; the Doctor of Democracy; the Most Dangerous Man in America; the All-Knowing, All-Sensing, All-Everything Maha Rushie; defender of motherhood, protector of fatherhood and an all-around good guy.

There is a "consensus" among the American people, who have made this the most listened to program, that it is also the most accurate, most right, and most correct. 
People who disagree with this are Rush Deniers.

Noe Valley: Virtually everything Rush Limbaugh utters is fake KingRat; he uses the same tricks as the psychic network.  There's a little something in there that any fool can believe in.

CR:  No offense intended NV but I feel you and JPB are fighting a losing battle pointing out the issues around Rush.  First he is much too good at what he does to actually go over the edge – he is a master at pushing the line.  He falls into the grey area of entertainment / satire that leave his loyal listeners an excuse to defend him – they easily narrow the issue to “what he said” and ask everyone to over look “what he means”.

The thing is – they will never be upset at what he says – it is not offensive to them. If anything they want him to go further.  IMO the real danger is the constant message driven into the political narrative that push the issues so far to the extreme make finding common ground or compromise impossible. It could almost be considered an attack on the American way of life.  20 hours a week of constant derogative narrative attacking not only liberals / democrats but even moderate republicans that are open to finding middle ground – no compromise – every issue no matter how complex is reduced down to plain black or white.

That IMO is the real danger of Rush, Hanity and the likes.

Well think about it - what better way for multi millionares to con guys making $45,000 a year into thinking they benefit from tax breaks for the wealthy. Heck - just suggest we look at the tax rate and they are quick to point out how you hate the rich.

Wow, to listen to you guys one would think Rush was the president. Attack on American? Goodness, I consider a socialist president and a socialist majority party in congress a much bigger threat to America than a radio commentator.
